Because every item is printed to order, the time to receive your order has two separate, sequential parts: production time (how long it takes to print and prepare your item) and shipping time (how long the carrier takes to deliver it once it ships). Your total estimated delivery is production time plus shipping time.
Your orders are printed and shipped by Prodigi, our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Our shipping practices, timescales, options, and costs follow Prodigi's current policies as our shipping partner, and are reiterated below.
Production time
Production begins after your order clears the cancellation window and payment is confirmed. Production time varies by product.
Most items are produced within 1–4 business days. Our fast-moving products — including prints, posters, framed prints, and canvases — are typically produced within 24–48 hours. Production time depends on the specific product and can run longer during peak periods such as major holidays. These figures follow the production times published by Prodigi, and production time does not include shipping transit (see section 2).
Shipping time & destinations
Once your order ships you'll receive tracking by email. Delivery estimates vary by product and destination.
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are automatically routed to the Prodigi print facility nearest to your delivery address, which shortens transit distances and speeds up delivery.
For standard shipping, orders sent by courier usually arrive within 1–6 working days after dispatch. Faster express delivery by tracked courier is available for many products, and overnight delivery is offered on certain items. Shipping time is in addition to production time, so please allow for both. The delivery options and estimates available for your specific order are shown at checkout, and these timescales match those provided by Prodigi.
Shipping costs
Shipping is priced per order based on the items in your cart and your delivery destination. The exact cost is calculated at checkout from a live quote provided by our fulfilment partner and is always shown before you pay — there are no surprise shipping charges after purchase. This charge covers picking, packing, handling, and packaging. If your order contains items produced at different facilities, the shipping costs for each are combined into your order total. Our shipping pricing reflects the rates set by Prodigi.
Tracking & delays
When your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. All of our orders are tracked, so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to your door.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can all affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us and we'll look into it.
